koehler„Looking at the specifications for the U-3003, chronic bronchitis with or without obstruction has priority. Where obstruction is involved, the term is chronic obstruction pulmonary disease (COPD), and without obstruction, the term is simple chronic bronchitis. Some of these patients have problems with mucus retention, and in this case humidification with saline solution helps. The very small particles can be inhaled through the mouth or nose, and when they are under 1,5-2 µm, they are particulary advantageous.  (U-3002 = 0,5 µm). The dry particles are especially benefical.“
